Winchester Interconnect (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to drive customer orders, coordinate with production, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will prepare quotes, review forecasts, issue manufacturing work orders, and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MS Office and MRP skills required.
• Working experience in planning and customer service is an advantage.
• Self-discipline and good communication skills.
• Customer oriented.
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and commit delivery based on material availability and production capacity.
• Issue manufacturing work orders to production based on customer commitments.
• Ensure all committed deliveries are met by working closely with material buyer and production scheduler.
• Prepare delivery reports for customers when pull in/push out requests are made.
• Communicate and provide solutions to customers when issues arise and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as coordinator between customer and internal team.
• Assist Business Manager in product costing and prepare quotations for customers.
• Review customer forecasts and issue manufacturing work orders to maintain sufficient inventory.
• Analyse cost content when ECN involves material and process changes.
• Prepare material liability reports for ECN or EOL products.

About you

Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

MS Office and MRP skills required

Flexible to work additional hours if necessary

Self-discipline and good communication skills
