Job summary

Winchester Interconnect (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to process payments in the ERP system, communicate with distributors and international buyers on overdue payments, and resolve billing disputes. The role supports fixed asset reconciliations, journals, and intercompany activities within a manufacturing environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with AR experience in manufacturing are a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Team player with positive attitude, reliable & responsible.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Process payment received from customers into the Account Receivable ERP system.
Communicate actively with local distributors, key corporate accounts, and international buyers regarding overdue payments.
Solve billing dispute with business unit / shipping department.
Consignment reconciliation report weekly, monthly.
Preparation of bank reconciliation, creditor reconciliations, journals and inter company reconciliation.
Maintain Fixed Asset register timely, completely and accurately.
