Job summary

Ideal Vision Integration Sdn Bhd is seeking a finance professional to manage invoices, payments, month-end close, and financial reporting. You will ensure compliance with local regulations and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses.

Qualifications

• Preferably at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Required skills: Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices, perform invoice processing and assist in reconciliation.
• Manage month-end closing, reporting, collections, payments and other finance activities.
• Prepare and issue cheques or create online payment transactions.
• Ensure accounting processes comply with local and group regulations.
• Coordinate with relevant parties for discrepancies in supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, Company Secretary and authorities.
• Oversee accounts receivable, and general ledger; assist monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures.
• Develop and improve financial policies, processes and internal controls.
• Provide financial data and analysis to support management decisions.

Job description

• Verify invoices, perform invoice processing, and assist in reconciliation.
• Responsible in managing all finance-related activities such as month-end closing, reporting, collections, payments and etc.
• To prepare and issue cheque/create online payments transactions.
• Ensure accounting processes are in accordance with local and group adapted regulations.
• To coordinate with relevant parties for any discrepancy or incompleteness of supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation.
• Any other tasks and duties assigned from time to time.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Liaise with Company Secretary, auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage daily finance and accounting operations including accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor company expenses and ensure proper cost control measures are in place.
• Assist in developing and improving financial policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirement:

• Preferable at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferable candidate that possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent qualification.
• Required skill(s) : Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
• Good team player.
• Possess positive work attitude, responsible, able to work independently, detail-oriented, initiative and good interpersonal skills.
• Strong and good analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
