Job summary

Humanetics Precision Metal Fabrication (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive to manage e-Invoicing, AR/AP reconciliation, banking operations, and data entry. The role supports monthly and annual financial reporting and assists during audits.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, with 1+ year of experience preferred, and familiarity with Malaysia's e-Invoice process is a bonus. Mandarin communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank account operations and submit payment instructions.
• Enter accounting vouchers and maintain organized filing.
• Assist in preparing data for monthly/annual financial reports and support audits.

Job description

Responsible for issuing accurate e-Invoices through LHDN's designated MyInvois Portal or relevant accounting systems.

Ensure all e-Invoices are properly validated, submitted, and tracked in the system to obtain the Invoice Reference Number (IRN).

2.Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Management and Reconciliation

Responsible for daily AR reconciliation and follow-up on customer collections.

Responsible for AP invoice verification, data matching, and related tasks.

3.Banking and Payment Operations

Perform daily bank account operations and submit payment instructions.

4.Data Entry and Bookkeeping

Responsible for daily accounting voucher entries and maintaining a well-organized document filing system.

5.Other Support Tasks

Assist in preparing underlying data for monthly/annual financial reports.

Coordinate and support the annual audit process and complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Holds a diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience are preferred.

Familiarity with Malaysia's e-Invoice operation process is an advantage.

Possesses basic accounting knowledge, with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach, strong data sensitivity, and accuracy.

Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) communication is preferred.
