Job summary

A.D. Financial Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive to join the finance team in Malaysia. You will support full-set accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities include billing, AR ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and assisting in month-end/year-end closes. The role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and working with auditors and tax agents.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Xero, UBS and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory and tax requirements.
• Familiarity with SST and WHT is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
• Exposure to a wide range of accounting scopes.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. You will be assigned to support internal finance operations. The role offers hands-on exposure to full-set accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

Review and finalize billing documents (invoices, credit/debit notes)

Maintain accounts receivable ledgers and prepare aging reports

Perform bank reconciliations and record cash receipts

Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and tax filings

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders

About you

Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, UBS) and Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of Malaysian statutory and tax requirements

Familiarity with Service Tax (SST) and Withholding Tax (WHT) is an added advantage

Strong organizational and communication skills

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
