Job summary

A.D. Financial Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Executive to join the finance team in Malaysia. You will support full-set accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities include billing, AR ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and assisting in month-end/year-end closes. The role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and working with auditors and tax agents.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Xero, UBS and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory and tax requirements.
• Familiarity with SST and WHT is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Exposure to a wide range of accounting scopes.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalize billing documents (invoices, credit/debit notes)
• Maintain accounts receivable ledgers and prepare aging reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and record cash receipts
• Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and tax filings
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders
