Eprocent Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Accounts & Administration Executive in Malaysia to lead finance, accounting, and office operations across departments. The role requires managing intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with auditors and authorities.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields, with 3–5 years of relevant experience including audit/tax exposure, and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Min 3-5 years of relevant working experience, including exposure to audit, taxation
At least 2 years in a supervisory or senior executive role, with demonstrated ability to handle corporate operations.
Strong understanding of intercompany transactions and worldwide accounting practices.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is an advantage, prefer Mandarin speaking for handle Chinese/Taiwan customers.
Prefer to have own transport.
Detail-oriented, independent, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

This role is responsible for managing the company’s overall finance, accounting, and administrative functions. The candidate is expected to lead and coordinate the office operations, ensuring smooth workflows across departments and supporting management in strategic decision-making.
Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Act as the central point of contact for office administration, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and contract administration.
Ensure timely renewal and proper filing of all company contracts, licenses, and agreements.
Supervise and guide administrative staff to minimise errors and improve efficiency.
Review and monitor sales documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
Ensure all documents are properly prepared, accurately recorded, and aligned with company policies.
Identify and correct discrepancies in documentation before submission to finance, reducing errors and delays.
Monitor workflows to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurately.
Implement and maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
Conduct regular checks to ensure documentation complies with internal control and audit requirements.
Flag potential issues early and communicate with relevant parties to prevent operational bottlenecks.
Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and accounts.
Manage intercompany transactions between Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely settlement.
Monitoring AR collection and AP payment to maintain healthy cash flow.
Proficiency in e-invoice processing and ensure compliance with LHDN requirements.
Oversee worldwide transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment in compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries, bankers and government authorities for audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters.
Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers.
