Job summary

MYSense Marketing is seeking a Finance Executive to join our internal team in Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end financial operations, assist with strategic planning, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This hands-on role reports to the Finance team and supports processes to improve reporting accuracy and business performance. You will work closely with finance and operations, handling accounts, payments, and statutory duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in SME or agency environment preferred.
• Experience in AutoCount or similar accounting system.
• Knowledge of e-Invoicing (LHDN) is an added advantage.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable handling collections and client follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports (P&L, cash flow, outstanding, collections, sales analysis, purchases).
• Issue quotations, invoices, proforma invoices & receipts.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Process weekly payments and maintain proper records.
• Prepare progress claims and verify with clients.
• Handle statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, PCB).
• Assist in tax and audit preparation.
• Maintain records in AutoCount & Google Sheets.
• Ensure compliance with e-Invoicing requirements (LHDN Malaysia).
• Support administrative and documentation tasks.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our MYSense internal team. This role offers hands‑on experience in managing financial operations, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with our finance and operations teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and overall business performance.
