Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz Malaysia is seeking a diligent accountant to support treasury, taxation and fixed assets, handle inter‑company billing, and prepare monthly balance listings. You will process Concur claims, manage bank accounts, and ensure GAAP/IFRS/MPERS compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/degree in Finance and Accounting with 1–2 years of accounting experience, strong Excel, SAP ERP knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance and Accounting.
• 1–2 years accounting experience with GAAP/IFRS/MPERS and tax regulations.
• SAP ERP experience is an added advantage.
• Excel proficiency; Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI essential.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.

Responsibilities

• AP Functions: Process Concur claims, payments, and respond to Bank Negara Malaysia payment code.
• Treasury Functions: Maintain bank accounts, Coupa reporting, cash forecast, in-house bank account, internal netting & settlement, open bank guarantees, acknowledge documentation, and present letter of credit to bank.
• Taxation: Responsible for corporate taxation, withholding tax, and e‑invoice compliance.
• Fixed Asset: Manage, track, and ensure compliance of all fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Inter‑company billing and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance listings (RSMY) and post journal entries.
• Support e‑invoicing filing and compliance.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc jobs as assigned.
