Job summary

DSN Advanced Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage full-set accounting, AP/AR, and financial reporting within our Malaysia operations.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements while ensuring tax filings and audits meet regulatory requirements. The role requires hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in full set accounting, AP, AR and financial reporting.
• Familiar with accounting software/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel functions.
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements including tax, EPF, SOCSO and compliance reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders and payment transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.

Key responsibilities

Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders and payment transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Issue customer invoices, monitor collections and prepare AR aging reports. About you

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
