• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 ERP system and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

• Payment Arrangement: Coordinate and process payments to vendors, suppliers, staffs claims and cash book management for subsidiaries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation for subsidiaries.

Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.

Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.

Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, payment processing, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in Dynamics 365 ERP system and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Based in Prai, Penang, with willingness and flexibility to relocate to Kuala Lumpur as required.
