Key Responsibilities:

Assist in data entry of financial transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping

Support the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and payment vouchers

Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks

Assist in reconciling bank statements and petty cash

Organize and maintain financial documents and records

Provide support during monthly closing and audit processes

Liaise with internal departments or external parties for supporting documents or clarifications

Assist with filing tax documents, SST reports, or other compliance-related matters, under supervision

Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Basic accounting knowledge is required; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills

Good attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
