Private Advertiser seeks a Finance Executive to support the company’s accounting and financial operations, gaining hands-on experience in full set accounting and gradually taking on more responsibility.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance, proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCount, and strong analytical abilities. Mandarin fluency is preferred for client communication, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining the full set of accounts, including journal entries, profit computation, and monthly management reports.
• Gradually take on responsibility for the full set of accounts with guidance from the team.
• Prepare and process payments, including loan drawdowns and withdrawals from HDA/Project accounts.
• Assist in preparing tax computations and related documentation.
• Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents on annual audit and taxation matters.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the superior.
