• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 ERP system and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Payment Arrangement: Coordinate and process payments to vendors, suppliers, staffs claims and cash book management for subsidiaries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation for subsidiaries.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with group standards.
• Operational Support: Provide administrative and financial support for subsidiaries’ back-office operations.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with finance managers and cross-border teams to support reporting and operational needs.
