Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang seeks a Senior Finance Executive (Corporate Reporting) to lead monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and financial reporting.

You will prepare consolidated financial statements, notes, and support Bursa Malaysia reporting, ensure MFRS/IFRS compliance, coordinate external audits and ESG disclosure, and help implement new accounting standards.

Qualificações

• 5-8 years of experience in group reporting, financial consolidation, external audit or listed company reporting.
• Hands-on experience in group consolidation, consolidated financial statements and statutory disclosures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with consolidation/reporting systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, disclosure notes and support Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements.
• Perform consolidation adjustments, intercompany reconciliations, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS, Bursa requirements and Group policies.
• Coordinate external audits and support implementation of new accounting standards.
• Support sustainability/ESG reporting (IFRS S1/S2, NSRF and Bursa requirements).
• Coordinate enterprise risk management, business continuity planning and follow-up on audit findings.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments and ensure compliance with ISO, company policies and procedures.

Senior Finance Executive (Corporate Reporting)

Lead monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation and financial reporting.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent; professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, MICPA or CA) preferred.

5-8 years of experience in group reporting, financial consolidation, external audit or listed company reporting.

Hands-on experience in group consolidation, consolidated financial statements and statutory disclosures.

Good knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and Bursa Malaysia reporting requirements.

Exposure to implementation of accounting standards and ESG/sustainability reporting is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with consolidation/reporting systems is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.

Able to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
