Job summary

KOBELCO PRECISION TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. seeks a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive in Penang to manage full-spectrum accounting activities within a high-tech manufacturing environment.

You will handle AP, AR, fixed assets and treasury, while supporting inventory management and cost analysis for accurate reporting. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Accounting or a related bachelor’s degree, with 3+ years of experience and strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, or part-qualified in ACCA/CPA/MICPA, etc.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply.

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team. This role offers an excellent platform for accounting professionals to manage full-spectrum finance functions while staying at the forefront of major Malaysian regulatory and digital reporting changes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting functions: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Treasury.

Oversee Inventory management and conduct detailed Cost Analysis to support operational efficiency.

Prepare and manage both Management and Statutory Financial Reporting.

Requirements

Education: Diploma in Accounting, Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, or part-qualified in a professional accountancy examination (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, etc.).

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working experience.

Note: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor's degree are highly encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Word, and PowerPoint is essential.

Systems: Strong analytical skills with exposure to fully computerized accounting systems (ERP experience is an advantage).
