Job summary

Nueratec Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Finance Executive to manage daily accounting, AP/AR, payroll support, and financial reporting in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will ensure accurate records and assist monthly close and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years finance or accounting experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and Malaysian statutory requirements.
• Familiar with ERP systems, accounting software, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Manage AP/AR activities and verify invoices.
• Conduct bank and account reconciliations.
• Produce monthly and management reports; assist month-end closing.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Assist payroll processing and verify payroll information.

Job description

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, payroll support, and financial documentation control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

Perform daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting financial documents

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities

Verify supplier invoices, customer invoices, and payment documents

Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation

Maintain proper filing and control of financial documents

Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports

Assist in month-end closing activities

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities

Assist payroll processing and verify employee payroll information

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of finance or accounting experience is an added advantage

Good understanding of accounting principles, financial procedures, and Malaysian statutory requirements

Familiar with accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications especially Excel

Knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, and financial reporting is an advantage

Proficient in preparing reports, reconciliation, and maintaining financial records

Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial information

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
