Job summary

Dataxet Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations in its Malaysia office. You will file documents, reconcile statements, and run accounting software to ensure accurate records.

The role requires 2 years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience, proficiency in UBS or AutoCount, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. A proactive, analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate/ Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Business studies or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience.
• PC literate and proficient in accounting software e.g. UBS or AutoCount.
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Posses positive attitude, analytical skills and hardworking.
• Good initiative and able to work under pressure to achieve targets and deadlines.
• Account Assistant with experience are encouraged to apply.
