UHP Gas-Sys Technology Pte. Ltd. in Johor is seeking a responsible Finance and HR Specialist to independently handle the company’s full set of accounting along with day‑to‑day HR and administrative matters.
You will manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, budgets, filing, and liaise with auditors and banks, while supporting recruitment and office administration during a typical Mon–Fri schedule.
We are looking for a responsible and hands‑on Finance and HR Specialist to join our team in Johor. The ideal candidate will be able to independently handle the company’s full set of accounting, together with day‑to‑day HR and administrative matters.
Finance & Accounting
Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and cash flow.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documents.
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper accounting schedules.
Handle invoicing, payment processing, receipts and collections.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Prepare payments and coordinate with management for approval.
Assist with monthly closing and year-end accounting activities.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks and other relevant parties.
Assist in preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial analysis when required.
Ensure proper filing and compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
Handle other finance‑related duties as assigned.
HR & Administration
Manage day-to-day HR and administrative matters.
Maintain employee records, leave records, attendance and related documentation.
Assist with payroll preparation and statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation.
Prepare employment‑related letters and HR documents when required.
Assist in maintaining company policies, procedures and staff records.
Manage general office administration, including documentation, purchasing and office supplies.
Liaise with external parties, vendors and service providers on administrative matters.
Support management in various HR and administrative tasks.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant working experience, with hands‑on full set accounting and HR experience.
Familiar with Malaysian accounting practices and statutory requirements.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Detail‑oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
