Job summary

UHP Gas-Sys Technology Pte. Ltd. is seeking a versatile Finance & HR Executive to support accounting, payroll, human resources, and general administration.

This hands‑on role covers AP, AR, GL, invoicing, payments, and HR records, with close interaction with auditors and secretaries. You will handle payroll submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and recruitment/onboarding, while maintaining meticulous records and ensuring statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and HR.
• Working knowledge of Malaysian accounting, payroll, and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Independent, organised, responsible, and detail‑conscious.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is comfortable managing accounting activities independently while also handling daily HR and office‑related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities covering AP, AR, GL, invoicing, payments, collections, and cash flow.

Prepare monthly accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules.

Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly and annual closing.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, company secretary, and banking partners.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

Human Resources & Administration

Manage routine HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle.

Maintain employee files, attendance, leave, and other HR records.

Support monthly payroll and statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.

Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Prepare HR‑related letters and correspondence.

Oversee general office administration, purchasing, and office supplies.

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience, with practical exposure to full set accounting and HR functions.

Working knowledge of Malaysian accounting, payroll, and statutory requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.

Independent, organised, responsible, and detail‑conscious.
