THE SPRING MANAGEMENT SERVICES (BINTULU) SDN. BHD is seeking a senior finance professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning. You will monitor KPIs such as occupancy, rental income, and costs while aligning operational and financial goals.

The role requires strong analytical and leadership capabilities, with a focus on process improvements and cross-functional collaboration to enhance business performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MFRS/MPERS as relevant to property entities.
• Experience designing or strengthening internal controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to lead diverse stakeholders and teams through process change.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.

Responsabilidades

• Support COO in capital expenditure planning and financial initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasts, and monitoring of financial targets aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor key KPIs: occupancy, rental income, operating costs, and customer experience metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to align operational and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, statutory requirements, and audits.
• Review and interpret financial reports to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement including process enhancements and team development.

Support the COO in capital expenditure planning and financial initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Lead the department in planning, preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and monitoring of financial targets in line with company objectives.

Monitor and analyze key business and financial performance indicators including occupancy rate, rental income, operational costs, and customer experience metrics.

Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment between operational and financial objectives, while fostering a performance-driven and collaborative culture.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, statutory requirements, and audit standards.

Review, analyze, and interpret financial reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancement and team development.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) will be an advantage, preferably within retail, property, or mall management.

Working knowledge of MFRS/MPERS as relevant to property entities, including investment property measurement and lease accounting.

Practical experience designing or strengthening internal controls within the team.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders., and lead teams through process change.

Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
