Job summary

TEAMCONS RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts, including AP/AR/GL, and to perform timely month-end and year-end closings.

You will prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and cash flow reports while ensuring compliance with Malaysian standards. The role requires handling bank reconciliations, liaising with auditors and tax agents, and maintaining audit-ready records.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and perform month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow reports.
• Process vendor invoices, payment vouchers, and staff claims; monitor receivables and follow up on debt collection.
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow movements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, Malaysian financial reporting standards, SST, and e-Invoicing guidelines.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and banking institutions.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records to support audit trails.
• Support ad-hoc management reporting and operational tasks as required.
