Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
• Familiar with 3-way matching (PO, GRN/DO, and Invoice) and invoice processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Perform 3-way matching of Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Received Notes (GRN)/Delivery Orders (DO), and supplier invoices.

Verify and process supplier invoices accurately and on time.

Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and relevant departments.

Assist in preparing payment documentation and processing supplier payments.

Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documents.

Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and suppliers on invoice and payment matters.

Assist in monthly closing, account reconciliation, and other accounting activities.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.

Familiar with 3-way matching (PO, GRN/DO, and Invoice) and invoice processing.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
