Exentec Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable/Finance support to process supplier invoices and ensure proper documentation.

You will match invoices to POs and deliveries, assist in timely payments, and liaise with suppliers on discrepancies. The role involves maintaining records, supporting month-end closings, and collaborating with procurement and project teams to resolve accounting matters.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1-2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience will have an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and properly approved.
• Perform invoice matching against purchase orders, delivery orders, and other supporting documents.
• Assist in accounts payable processing and ensure timely payment preparation.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies, statement reconciliations, and payment-related enquiries.
• Request and follow up on outstanding documents from internal departments to facilitate payment processing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and payment forecasting.
• Work closely with procurement, project, and other departments to resolve accounting matters.
• Support the Finance team with ad hoc assignments and continuous process improvements.
