Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
• Familiar with 3-way matching (PO, GRN/DO, and Invoice) and invoice processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3-way matching of PO, GRN/DO, and supplier invoices.
• Verify and process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and relevant departments.
• Assist in preparing payment documentation and processing supplier payments.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and supporting documents.
• Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and suppliers on invoice and payment matters.
• Assist in monthly closing, account reconciliation, and other accounting activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
