HAITIAN MACHINERY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.

is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage the full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll-related accounting in Kulai, Johor. You will lead month-end and year-end closes, prepare monthly financial statements and management reports, monitor cash flow and budget performance, and ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and SST where applicable.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance, preferably with full set accounts experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, and Malaysian accounting standards.
• Proficiency in SAP accounting software is preferred.
• Experience in auditing, group consolidation, intercompany transactions, or financial reporting is an added advantage.
• Experience working in manufacturing companies, multinational corporations (MNCs), listed companies, or Big 4 accounting firms is preferred.
• Good understanding of Malaysian taxation, SST, statutory compliance, and e-Invoicing requirements.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintain proper accounting records.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis for management review.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget performance to support financial planning and cost control.
• Review and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting standards in accordance with headquarters' requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, SST requirements (where applicable), and statutory reporting obligations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries for annual audits, tax submissions, and statutory filings.
• Liaise with external finance service providers on group accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidation activities.
• Support the implementation of Malaysia's e-Invoicing requirements and maintain accurate tax documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
