Job summary

Delta Electronics Int'l (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites a meticulous Service Admin to act as the central backbone for field service operations in Malaysia. You will bridge service engineers, vendors, and Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Warehouse, ensuring accurate records and smooth day-to-day workflows.

Responsibilities include issuing POs, processing GRs, coordinating shipments, RMAs, and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Service Admin, Field Service Coordination, Engineering Support, or Logistics/Procurement.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Engineers with site service reports and equipment documentation.
• Manage PO issuance, Goods Receipt (GR) processing, and invoice verification.
• Handle end-to-end RMAs with vendors.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments; arrange couriers, DOs and packing lists; track deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels across sites and tools.
