Job summary

Maybank in Malaysia is seeking a Head of Field Services & DCS to lead a team of Field Service Leads and Engineers. You will plan, implement, guide and oversee field service operations to ensure efficient service to end users and monthly SLA targets.

You will manage regional leads, tickets, and projects, oversee asset tracking, IMAC listings, and coordination with vendors. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with willingness to travel and work after hours.

Qualifications

• Degree or advanced diploma in IT/CS; banking experience is a plus.
• Experience managing a large team and service providers.
• Strong leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Operations and oversee Field Service Leads and Engineers.
• Ensure SLA targets are met and tickets/projects are handled timely.
• Oversee asset tracking, IMAC listings, and vendor coordination.
