Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator in Malaysia to support end-to-end sales and service operations. You will coordinate customer requests, quotations, contracts, service dispatching and tender activities across Sales, Service, Logistics, Finance, Compliance and regional teams.

You’ll handle sales order processing in Salesforce, maintain documentation, coordinate with logistics, and support AR-related activities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background with excellent business communication etiquette.
• Able to coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sales operations coordination: process orders in Salesforce with data integrity and proper approvals.
• Service operations coordination: process service orders in SAP CRM and Mobile X, maintain data accuracy.
• Training and process improvement: provide Salesforce training and stay updated on related systems.
• Demo, inventory and asset coordination: update demo loans and track spare parts inventory.
• Tender, cross-functional coordination: support tender submissions and cross-department coordination.
