Job summary

Lam Research Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to be based in Singapore. You will install, relocate and service Lam etch, deposition, and related equipment at customer sites, perform start-up, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates are graduates with strong problem-solving and communication skills, willing to travel domestically and internationally, able to work shifts including weekend and on-call, and comfortable in clean-room environments with PPE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with no prior professional experience or equivalent.
• Graduate eligible role with a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Able to work swing shifts and perform on-call duty.

Responsibilities

• Install and relocate equipment at customer sites and perform start-up.
• Provide on-site preventive maintenance and troubleshoot abnormalities.
• Coordinate service actions with customers to minimize downtime.
• Implement ECO field updates and perform Tier 2 qualifications.
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation.
