Job summary

SRM Integration (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Service Engineer to ensure seamless installation and performance of our high-precision semiconductor equipment at client sites across Malaysia. You will lead setup, maintenance, commissioning, and on-site servicing.

The role emphasizes hands-on calibration, operator training, and rapid troubleshooting, with travel to customer locations and a need for strong English communication. A technical engineering degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in equipment service and support within the Semiconductor Industry is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with equipment setup and calibration.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. You must be able to interact professionally with staff and customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with high initiative and responsibility, particularly when performing under pressure.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Lead the setup, maintenance, servicing, and commissioning of high-precision equipment at various customer locations.
• Customer Empowerment: Conduct comprehensive operational training for clients to ensure safe and efficient equipment usage.
• Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for customer operations.
