Job summary

TTUKoffer is seeking a Field Service Engineer for on-site assignments at customer locations in Malaysia (Kajang, Selangor & Penang). You will install, commission, test, and maintain high-precision semiconductor/PCB equipment while troubleshoooting issues and delivering technical training to customer engineers.

English and Chinese language skills are required, with travel to client sites. The role offers a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and opportunities to work with

Qualifications

Experience in equipment installation, maintenance or field service in semiconductor/PCB/electronics industries.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or automation-related equipment.
Working proficiency in English and Chinese

Responsibilities

Install, commission and test high-precision equipment at customer sites.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for equipment issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure stable equipment performance.
Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective solutions.
Provide technical feedback to engineering teams.
Deliver basic operational and maintenance training to customer engineers.
Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues
