Job summary

SRM Integration (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Service Engineer to ensure seamless installation and performance of our high-precision semiconductor equipment at client sites across Malaysia. You will lead setup, maintenance, commissioning, and on-site servicing.

The role emphasizes hands-on calibration, operator training, and rapid troubleshooting, with travel to customer locations and a need for strong English communication. A technical engineering degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in equipment service and support within the Semiconductor Industry is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with equipment setup and calibration.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English. You must be able to interact professionally with staff and customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with high initiative and responsibility, particularly when performing under pressure.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various customer sites as required.

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless installation and performance of our equipment at client sites, primarily within the semiconductor sector.

Technical Execution: Lead the setup, maintenance, servicing, and commissioning of high-precision equipment at various customer locations.

Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for customer operations.

Job Requirements

Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.

Industry Experience: Previous experience in equipment service and support within the Semiconductor Industry is highly preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with equipment setup and calibration.

Communication Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English. You must be able to interact professionally with staff and customers at all levels.
