Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years field service, commissioning, maintenance, testing, or power systems experience.
• Experience with transformers, switchgear, substations, protection systems, high‑voltage equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in live customer environments.
• Experience engaging with customers, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service activities including installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, retrofit, and modernization of power and energy systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and minimizing equipment downtime.
• Serve as the primary technical interface with customers during service visits, outages, commissioning activities, and troubleshooting assignments.
• Develop strong customer relationships through professional communication, responsiveness, and technical expertise.
• Travel extensively to meet customer and business requirements (approx. 60–70%).
