Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5-8 years of field service, commissioning, maintenance, or power systems experience.
• Experience with transformers, switchgear, substations, protection relays, and HV equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting in live customer environments.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Deliver field service including installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance and repairs.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Interface with customers during visits, outages, and troubleshooting.
• Develop customer relationships through professional communication.
• Analyze performance and suggest maintenance/upgrades for asset reliability.
• Identify opportunities for service, parts, and lifecycle enhancements.
• Prepare technical reports and service recommendations.
• Lead or support site activities and supervise subcontractors when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and share lessons learned.
• Travel 60-70% as required.
