Hitachi Energy Malaysia is looking for a recent graduate to join a 12-month traineeship as a Field Service Engineer. You will gain hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and service delivery for power and energy equipment, while engaging customers directly and building long-term relationships.

The role involves on-site and remote support, with extensive travel across Malaysia and internationally.

Formación

• Recent graduate within last 2 years in a STEM discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (60–70%) both in Malaysia and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Perform field service activities including installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of power and energy equipment.
• Deliver professional on-site and remote support to customers and ensure high-quality experiences.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding customer challenges and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service Engineers, Project Managers, and Sales teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness by recognizing service, upgrade, and maintenance opportunities.
