Job summary

Nation Success Sdn Bhd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to attend and resolve technical issues on copier machines at customer sites. The role involves troubleshooting, repair, and on-site servicing with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or higher, have IT-related knowledge, and can work with minimal supervision. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and owning a transport is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend & Solve technical problems of copier machine on customer site.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service copier machines
• Report and escape all observed incidents, irregularities that occur to Superior for proper operational escalation points.
• Communicate with customer to understand customer problem and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform all phases of machine set-up, operation, and routine maintenance
• Perform any ad hoc task as assigned
