Job summary

Print & Pack Solution Sdn Bhd is hiring a Service Engineer based in Selangor for full-time duties including maintenance and on-site support for our coding and marking equipment. The role requires a Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with travel to customer sites as needed.

The candidate should be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, possess strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and be able to work

• Minimum 2 years of service engineer/technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

About the role

Join our dynamic team at Print & Pack Solution Sdn Bhd as a Service Engineer. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our range of coding and marking equipment. Based in Selangor, this role is crucial in ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly.

What you'll be doing

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing machinery
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections and recommend preventative measures to minimize equipment downtime
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and address operational challenges
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and inventory of spare parts
• Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the proper use of our equipment

What we're looking for

• Min Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• min 2 years of experience in a similar service engineer or technician role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites and outstation when required

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
