Job summary

OPTIMUS SALES SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled photocopier service technician to support on-site maintenance and repairs. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure customer machines operate reliably.

The role requires familiarity with Canon, Ricoh and Fuji Xerox copiers, plus a technical background in Engineering or IT. You will travel to client sites with your own motorcycle and collaborate with a team to deliver timely service.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Canon, Ricoh, and Fuji Xerox copiers.
• Engineering or IT background welcome.
• Own transport (motorcycle) required.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service, maintain and diagnose photocopy machines.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine check-ups for customer machines.
• Attend daily customer service calls at clients' offices.
• Install machines, deliver toner, and read photocopier meters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job description

Responsible for repair, service, maintain and diagnose of photocopy machine.

Conduct preventive maintenance and routine check-up for customer's machines.

Attend daily customer service calls at clients' office.

Install machine, delivery toner and take photocopy meter reading.

Perform any other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Familiar with copier brand like Canon, Ricoh and Fuji Xerox

Engineering / IT with or without experience are welcome.

Posses own transport (Motorcycle)

Bahasa Melayu and English

Strong technical skill, committed and responsible person

Able to work independently and in a team
