Job summary

ZETRONIX SDN BHD in Penang is seeking a field technical support professional to diagnose hardware issues on network printing multifunction devices and perform basic networking troubleshooting to isolate root causes. The role follows normal office hours (Mon–Fri). Training will be provided to ensure proficiency.

Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates should have a certificate/diploma or degree in E&E or IT networking, with good communication and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Certificate / Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or IT Network and relevant field.
• Fresh graduates acceptable; training will be provided.
• Basic network troubleshooting skill is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• To support and assist customer in resolving machine performance issues promptly and escalate as needed.
• To carry out machine Preventive Maintenance schedule.
• To update service call status and submit reports per process.

Job description

This is a field technical support job. It mainly involves in hardware troubleshooting. It is a network printing multifunction device which occasionally needs networking troubleshooting skill to isolate the root cause of the problem. It is a normal office working hours, Mondays to Fridays job. Full product training will be provided.

Responsibility :

1. To support and assist customer in resolving their machine performance issue in a prompt manner and follow up with necessary escalation.

2. To carry out machine Preventive Maintenance schedule.

3. To update timely the service call status, submission of report etc as per the process.

Education :

Certificate / Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or IT Network and relevant field.

Experience :

Fresh Graduate is acceptable. Working experience in relevant field and basic Network troubleshooting skill is an advantage. Training will be provided.
