Job summary

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of networking, servers, or IT infrastructure (preferred).
• Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing environments (preferred).
