Job summary

CTC Global Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Support Engineer to install, configure, and troubleshoot EUC hardware including PCs, laptops, and printers. You will handle software deployment, imaging, and end-user support across in-person, phone, email, and remote channels.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/Engineering and at least 2 years in IT support, with strong Windows OS and MS Office skills, plus good communication and independence in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications).
Minimum of 2 years in IT support, with hands-on troubleshoot, testing and repair of hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot EUC hardware and devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and client apps.
Set up devices, imaging, and software deployment.
Provide end-user support via in-person, phone, email, and remote access.
Document and track support requests and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and improve productivity.
