• Install, configure, and troubleshoot EUC hardware and devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and client apps.
• Set up devices, imaging, and software deployment.
• Provide end-user support via in-person, phone, email, and remote access.
• Document and track support requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and improve productivity.
