Job summary

Mühlbauer GmbH & Co. KG in Melaka is seeking a field service engineer to install, service and maintain semiconductor equipment at customer sites.

You will ensure stable production, train customers, and deliver timely support while communicating machine status after each visit. You will travel overseas, including the United States, for assignments and technical trainings, with bond requirements for training commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor machinery (die sorter, pick & place, vision inspection, robotic handling).
• Ability to work independently with strong troubleshooting and critical‑thinking skills.
• Proactive and creative in solving technical problems.
