Job summary

Swisslog, part of the KUKA Group, seeks a field service and customer support engineer to service intralogistics systems in Malaysia. Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Controls Engineering.
• 1 year of experience in installation, commissioning or customer support of industrial equipment preferred.
• Proactive with customer and team focus.
• Fluent in English (oral & written).

Responsibilities

• Provide hotline or onsite support to customers (7x24).
• Perform regular maintenance on site locally.
• Respond to customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Travel domestically on short notice to service sites.
