Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the Melaka team. In this full-time role, you will provide technical support and application engineering expertise to our customers, assisting them in implementing and optimizing our innovative automation solutions.

Visit customer sites to assess requirements, configure systems, deliver hands-on training, and collaborate with R&D to enhance products.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in application engineering or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and automation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel regionally or overseas as needed.
