Job summary

Private Advertiser in Melaka is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical support and application engineering for our automation solutions. You will visit customer sites, test systems, train users, and collaborate with R&D on new features.

You should have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in application engineering or technical support, and strong problem-solving, communication, and travel readiness to support

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in application engineering or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and automation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to assess requirements and provide tailored automation solutions.
• Configure and test automation systems for optimal performance.
• Deliver hands-on training and ongoing support to customers.
• Collaborate with R&D to identify opportunities and develop new product features.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and troubleshoot technical problems.
