Job summary

Johnson Controls in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking an Engineer for Security System Service. You will perform preventive maintenance on access control and CCTV systems, lead troubleshooting, and support system administration for security operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 3–5 years of hands-on security systems experience with enterprise platforms such as LenelS2, CCURE, Genetec, Milestone, or AMAG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years in security systems service & maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise security platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on access control and CCTV systems.
• Lead corrective maintenance and RCA activities.
• Provide technical support and system administration for security operations.
• Assist in system upgrades, migrations and integrations.
• Prepare service and diagnostic reports and maintain documentation.
