Internec Business Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth in POS systems and business solutions for restaurants, cafés, and retail businesses. You will identify opportunities, meet prospects, demonstrate solutions, and convert leads into sales.

The role involves outdoor visits, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings with business owners, with a focus on achieving monthly targets and earning competitive commissions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; B2B sales, IT solutions, POS systems or business equipment experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Confident approaching new customers and conducting face-to-face sales meetings
• Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently

Aufgaben

• Actively identify and approach potential customers, including restaurants, cafés, retail shops and other businesses
• Generate new leads through outdoor prospecting, cold calling, referrals, networking and digital channels
• Arrange appointments and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners
• Develop new sales opportunities and expand our customer base
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable POS systems and software solutions
• Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations
• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects and negotiate sales
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Coordinate with administration and technical teams for installation, delivery and customer training
