Job summary

Smart-Acc Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to grow our POS and business software solutions for retail, F&B and multi-outlet businesses. You will develop new opportunities, manage leads and build your own sales pipeline while connecting customers with the right technology.

The role covers the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, requires good communication and negotiation skills, and offers a base salary plus uncapped commission with negotiable

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in any relevant field.
• Experience in POS, IT, software or business solution sales is preferred.
• Retail, F&B, franchise or multi-outlet experience is an advantage.
• Proactive and willing to explore new opportunities.
• Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and sales opportunities.
• Manage company leads and build your own sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities.
• Proactively work towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth coordination.
