Job summary

Kyodo Steel Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Outdoor Sales Executive responsible for the entire sales activities, building business by identifying and selling while maintaining relationships with customers to achieve targeted sales. Determine customers need and provide them with possible business solution.

Gather information on market needs and feedback to management to enable sales strategy. Prepare and follow up quotation based on customer order.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Determine customers need and provide them with possible business solution.
Gather information on market needs and feedback to management to enable sales strategy.
Prepare and follow up quotation based on customer order.
Review stock level movement and reduce slow-moving stock.
Manage territory customers, product sales, payment status and collections.
Plan, arrange and update customer shipment status.
Prepare monthly sales forecast by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Negotiate prices, variation and product specification.
Ensure delivery of service and product in a timely manner.
Check quantity and quality prior to delivery.
